耳下腺部嚢胞3例

Three Cases of Cystic Lesions in the Parotid Region.

　I．はじめに

　最近，筆者らは，3例の耳下腺部嚢胞を経験した。症例数は少ないが，その3例はすべて異なる疾患で，耳下腺部嚢胞の代表的なものである。稀な疾患であるが，この3例を報告して諸賢の参考に供したい。

　第1例は，第1鰓溝の奇形による嚢胞，第2例は，いわゆる耳下腺内の鰓原性嚢胞とよばれる嚢胞，第3例は，耳下腺部の皮様嚢胞である。腺導管の閉塞によると考えられる貯留嚢胞を加えると耳下腺部嚢胞の大部分が含まれるが，筆者らは未だ貯溜嚢胞は経験していない。

　Three cases of cystic lesions in the parotid region were presented. These included a first branchial cleft cyst, a parotid branchial cyst and a subcutaneous epidermoid cyst. The nature of these cystic lesions, differential diagnosis and treatment were discussed.
