硬口蓋に発生した悪性リンパ腫症例

A Case of Lymphoma of the Hard Palate

I．はじめに

　頭頸部領域は節外性悪性リンパ腫の好発部位てあるが口腔の悪性リンパ腫はまれである。Freemanら^1）の銀告では口腔の悪性リンパ腫は節外性悪性リンパ腫全体の2％である。著者らは硬口蓋の悪性リンパ腫を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　Lymphoma involving the oral cavity accounts for about 2% of extranodal lymphoma, and isolated lymphoma originating from the palate is further rare.

　A 52-year-old female with an isolated malignant lymphoma of the hard palate was presented. The lymphoma was treated successfully by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.

　Other reports on malignant lymphoma of the head and neck were reviewed and discussed.
