喉頭のleiomyomaの1症例

Leiomyoma of the Larynx

　I．はじめに

　喉頭の良性腫瘍には，線維腫，乳頭腫が多くその他はまれであるとされている^1）。今回筆者らは披裂喉頭蓋ひだに発生したleiomyomaの1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of leiomyoma of the larynx in a man, aged 59, is reported. A spherical tumor in size of 2×2×1.5 cm was found in the supraglottic space of the larynx. Histological examination showed a single leiomyoma. The tumor was successfully removed under general anesthesia.
