口腔内異物（イカの射出管）の1症例

Foreign Body in the Oral Cavity (Discharging Tube of Squid)

　I．はじめに

　口腔はその構造上異物が介在しにくい場所である。今回我々は，イカ（スルメイカ）の精莱より飛び出した射出管が口腔内異物となった症例を経験したので，その概要を報告する。

A rare case of foreign bodies in the oral cavity is reported.

A woman, aged 40, complained of pain on the tongue and the soft palate. On examination, several small spindle shaped foreign bodies stuck in mucous membrane of the tongue and the soft palate were observed and removed successfully.

The foreign bodies were identified under a microscope as the discharging tubes of squid.
