巨大な咽頭腫瘍を伴うvon Recklinghausen氏病の1例

　I．緒言

　von Recklinghausen氏病（以下，R病と略す）は，Sturge-Weber症候群，von Hippel-Lindau症候群，結節性硬化症などと共に神経皮膚症候群の1つと考えられ，多発性皮膚腫瘍，皮膚色素斑，深部神経における腫瘍の発生を3主徴とする疾患である。その病変は全身ほとんどすべての臓器にわたり，多彩で複雑な症状を呈する。

　耳鼻咽喉科領域においては両側聴神経腫瘍として発現することが多いと考えられるが，その他，鼻科領域，咽喉科領域に症状をあらわすものがある。

　今回私どもは，R病の1例において巨大な咽頭腫瘍のため，呼吸困難，嚥下障害をきたし，全身麻酔下の腫瘍摘出により症状の消失をみた症例を経験したので撮告する。

　A 21-year-old man had carried the manifestations of von Recklinghausen's disease, with many cafe-au-lait spots, subcutaneous nodules, and kyphoscoliosis since childhood. In addition to these symptoms, he presented a large pharyngeal tumor of several years' duration.

　Dyspnea, dysphagia and snoring because of the tumor disappeared after the total removal under general anesthesia without tracheotomy. The tumor was 47g in weight.
