I．はじめに
前鼻孔閉鎖症には，外鼻に変形のない鼻前庭と固有鼻腔の境界部付近に生じた単なる膜様瘢痕組織による閉鎖である場合と，鼻前庭枠組を構成する梨状口縁，鼻中隔前端部，鼻尖軟骨などの損傷を伴う閉鎖とがある。これまで諸家により鼻形成の工夫が数例報告されている7,8,9,11）。とくに鼻前庭枠組に損傷があるものでは，鼻形成術の方法が症例によりさまざまであり，しかも術後再狭窄をきたしやすい。最近，筆者らは外傷性前鼻孔閉鎖症の2例を経験したのでここに報告し，前鼻孔閉鎖症の発生機転および鼻形成術について文献的考察を加えた。
Two cases of atresia anterior nares following facial traum were reported.
A 11-year-old male had his right anterior naris obstructed by membraneous scar tissue.
A 31-year-old male presented his bilateral anterior nares obstructed by membraneous scar tissue and fracture of the nasal septum and lower lateral nasal cartilage. Saddle nose, wry nose and deformity of bilateral ala nases were also seen.
They were successfully treated using portex and silicon tube in the anterior nares after rhinoplasty.
