振子様扁桃腺2症例

　I．緒言

　所謂振子様扁桃腺は，1885年Juraszが始めて症例を報告し，1898年Finderその名称を与えて以来，我国でも相当数の報告がみられる。狭義には扁桃腺と同一組織像を有し，しかも振子様を呈するものを言うのであるが，一般臨床的には，単に形態上有茎性を呈するものを，振子様扁桃腺と呼び，従つて組織学的には種々のものを含んでいる。最近著者等は極めて年少者で，左側口蓋扁桃腺の下部三分の一，及び舌根扁桃腺部に発生した振子様腫瘍の二例に遭遇したので報告する。

Two cases of pendulous tonsils are reported. The first case was recognized in a male inf-ant, aged 3, and the tonsil gave an appeara-nce of a pendulum by elongation of the infe-rior 1/3 of the organ by a partial cystic dege-neration.

The second case was a finding of reticulo-sarcomatous growth arising form the lingual radix which formed the pendulum; reticulo-sarcoma In this region is indeed rare in occ-urrence.
