喉頭の写真撮影—直達鏡下のスチール写真ならびに映画について

PHOTOGRAPHY OF THE LARYNX, STILL AND MOVING PICTURES TAKEN BY THE AID OF LARYNGOSCOPE

　I．はじめに

　近年，耳鼻咽喉科学においても内視鏡による病態記録という点で写真撮影が活発に行なわれるようになつてきている。光学系，照明系の長足の進歩に加えて感光材料の開発には目を見張るものがある。しかしながら，実用的な撮影方法という決め手に欠け，それぞれの研究者が独自の立場にて苦労しているのが現況である。私も主として，喉頭の写真撮影による喉頭生理に取り組んでいるのであるが常に難渋している。最近になつて，確実に，容易に，しかも安価な方法でという点に主眼をおいて喉頭の写真撮影というのを見直してみたので報告する。今回は先ず，喉頭直達鏡下のスチール写真撮影ならびに16mm映画撮影について述べる。

A study of the larynx is conducted through the laryngoscope by means of obtaining still pictures and 16 mm moving pictures. The photographing procedure was carried out by employment of operation microscope and an ordinary camera. The latter means is both economical as well as being easily available; with the use of a magnifier the picture obtained would be equally clear cut as that taken through an operation microscope. The camera is equiped with either 105 or 120 mm lens, Bellows double conversion lens, and a magnifier.
