軟部好酸球肉芽腫症の臨床

CLINICAL OBSERVATIONS ON THE SO-CALLED Eo-SINOPHYLIC GRANULOMA IN THE SOFT TISSUES

　I．はじめに

　耳下腺周囲および，頸部皮下組織に好発し，リンパ濾胞形成を伴い，著明な好酸球浸潤を示す肉芽腫，すなわち軟部好酸球肉芽腫症は，病因不明の疾患の一つである。主病変とともに，しばしば近在のリンパ節にも同様の変化を認めることから，悪性腫瘍などとの鑑別を要することがある。

　われわれが過去6年間に経験した症例の内，典型的な14例を選び，臨床症状，検査成績，治療成績などを検討し併せて文献的考察を加えてみたいと思う。

　Fourteen patients suffering from typical eosinophilic granuloma in the soft tissue are presented for clinical observation. The characteristic manifestation of the disease is the swelling of soft tissues surrounding the parotid glands and the cervical lymphnodes which showed, histologically, formation of lymph nodules and infiltration with eosinophilic leucocytes.

　Serum IgE level was estimated in 8 patients; 5 patients out of the 8 showed values higher than 2,000 units. The relationship between serum IgE level and eosinophilia is also discussed. Etiology of eosinophilic granuloma is still unknown.
