Neuritis acusticaの1例

NEURITIS ACUSTICA

　I．はじめに

　急激に起こつた一側性感音性難聴には，幾多の考えられ得る原因が挙げられているが，それらのうち，多くはvascular catastropheによるという考え方と，聴神経の神経炎であろうという考えに大別される。その根拠となる点は，主に臨床上のいろいろの特徴点から考えられているが，その病理所見を報告しているものは少ない。

　著者らは，感冒に罹患後，急激に起こつた一側性の高度難聴例について，その経過観察ならびに臨床所見を追求し得，さらにその病理所見よりneuritis acusticaと診断し得た症例を経験したので，ここにご報告し，諸先生のご批判を仰ぎたい。

　A man, aged 22, complained of a sudden onset of complete deafness in one ear following the attack of an acute cold.

　From clinical study of this case through audiometric and vestibular functional test, it was concluded, the patient was suffering polyneuritis from the attack of herpes virus. The diagnosis of neuritis acustica was made.
