右上眼瞼に瘻孔を形成せる篩骨蜂窠異物の治験例

　緒言

　鼻科領域に於て，眼案を貫通した異物か副鼻腔に留つた症例報告は，必ずしも少くはないが，最近吾々は，右上眼瞼内側部より刺入し，更に眼窩内壁を破り前及び後篩骨蜂窠にまたがつて停留して居つた木片異物についての症例を経験したので，茲に報告する。

A case with ethmoiditis and fistula is re-ported. A man, aged 61 harbored a wooden splinter that pierned the inner canthus of theeye to lodge in the ethmoids for a period of three months without attention. The foreign body caused ethmoiditis and a formation of fistula. The patient recovered after pansin-usectomy.
