上咽頭に発生したいわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍の一症例

AN EPIPHARYNGEAL MIXED SALIVARY TUMOR

　I．はじめに

　いわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍は唾液腺とくに耳下腺にもつとも多く発生し，唾液腺以外の発生部位としては口腔，咽頭の小唾液腺から発生した報告も散見されるが，その頻度はきわめてまれのようである。最近われわれは上咽頭より発生した巨大な，いわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍の1例に遭遇し，治療する機会を得たのでその概要を報告し，諸賢のご批判を仰ぎたいと思う。

　A case of mixed salivary tumor occurring in the epipharynx of a man, aged 63, is reported.The tumor was removed surgically through palatine approach.

　As far as the search of literature is concerned, there seems to be no reported case of epipharyngeal mixed salivary tumor, either here or abroad.
