The relation of seasonal weather condition and incidence of disease morbidity is studied particularly with acute pharyngitis, rhinitis and acute otitis media in mind. The period selected ran from January 13 to March 10, 1965, a period of the year which is the coldest and driest in this country. Among the adults, throat disease appeared to be the most prevalent while, in children including the sucklings the largest number of morbidity was nasal disease. More males were affected than females. Temperature and humidity rise averaged largest in January : Temperature changes occurred the most frequently in February. The daily morbidity rate for January was 5.1 persons ; for February, 4.5 persons and for March, 4.9 persons. Largest number of sickness occurred when the wind was blowing from the North and, also, when low pressure area prevailed.
