鼻腔血管芽細胞腫の1例

A NASAL ANGIOBLASTOMA

　I．緒言

　血管芽細胞腫は内外を通じて極めて稀有な疾患であり，本邦においては昭和24年中川によつて初めて命名報告されたが，良性の血管腫と悪性の転移性血管腫瘍との中間に位する1つの独立性疾患としてしだいに認められて来たものである。しかしながら、本腫瘍の名称，定義，およびその独立性に関しては，今日なお異論の多いところである。

　先にわれわれは鼻前庭に発生した本症の1例（耳鼻咽喉科36巻10号）を報告したが，最近再び本症の1例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて追加報告する。

　Angioblastoma that occurred in the middle nasal meatus of a woman, aged 33, is reported with review of literature on this subject. There was but one case, so far, reported in the literature and that case, also, was reported by present authors.

　The patient was treated by means of irradiation using ⁶⁰Co; the tumor decreased in size-and it brought the persistent epistaxis to a complete stop.
