正中頸嚢腫の1例

A MID-LINE CERVICAL CYST

　Ⅰ．緒言

　正中頸嚢腫は1789年Hunczowskiによつて初めて報告され，1880年にW. Hisがその本態を精細に解明し，胎生期の甲状舌管に基因することを明らかにして以来，内外の諸家によりいろいろの観点から研究されてきたが，最近当教室においても比較的高年者にみられたその1例を経験したので，統計的考察を加えて報告する。

　The authors report a case of thyrolingual cyst: the patient was a man, aged 36. Observations are made with a review of literature on the occurrence of these cysts. Males were more affected than the females and more cases were recogized in infants than adults.
