慢性副鼻腔炎にたいするアトリプター（トリプシン製剤）の局所使用成績

TOPICAL USE OF ATRIPTAR ( TRYPSIN DERIVATIVE) IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC SINUSITIS

　Ι．緒言

　蛋白分解酵素の抗炎症，抗浮腫作用についての報告は数多く，周知のことである。また，耳鼻咽喉科領域においても，その使用例が多数報告されており，特に本剤の副鼻腔炎にたいする効果については，医家は勿論患家も注目するところであろう。

　この薬剤の副鼻腔炎にたいする使用法は，全身投与法と局所投与法に分けられるが，そのいずれも高価であり，特に局所に用いる薬剤の溶解後の活性持続時間も短かく，局所に用いるとしても，これが主役の例もあるが，症例によつては全身投与と併用しなければならず，その経済的負担は倍増してくる。

　The author classifies chronic sinusitis into 4 different types of affections, from type Ⅰto type Ⅳ. It was found that types Ι and Ⅱ were highly responsive to nebulization treatment using solution of atryptar, a derivative of trypsin. But, beyond type Ⅲ this form of treatment appeared to be ineffective, mainly because there were abnormality in the nasal cavity anatomically which interfered with proper aeration and respiration. To these latter cases chymol administration was supplemented to the nebulization treatment with favorable results.
