突発難聴改善例の経験—活性ビタミン剤大量内服による

A SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF SUDDEN DEAFNESS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　急激に発来する原因不明の難聴については幾多の報告が見られるが，その治療成績を検討すると改善例はきわめて少ない。（当教室でも同様であるが）。最近，活性ビタミン剤（アリナミンF）の大量投与（1日500mg）およびヘクサニシット錠により改善された2症例を経験したので報告する。

　Seven cases of sudden deafness with un-known etiology were found at the Otolaryngological Department of the Nippon Medical School in the period of 2 years from 1962 to 1964. The two of these cases were treated by regime consisting of massive vitamin administration. The patients were given per diem dosage of 500mg of alinamin F supplemented by tablets of hexanicit a vasodialting agent. The loss of hearing in these two cases recovered almost completely under this regimen.
