いわゆる進行性壊疽性鼻炎の1治験例

　Ι．緒言

　いわゆる進行性壊疽性鼻炎に関しては，1917年S．Kaufmnnの報告以来幾多の報告があり現在に至つてもなおその本態に関しては，種々の説が交錯している状態である。そして，予後のきわめて不良なる本症の適切なる治療法も確定していない。したがつて，その本態の探求もさることながら，臨床治療の方面よりの検討も必要になつてくるものと考える。われわれは，最近，口蓋に穿破した本症と考えられるものの治癒症例を経験したのでここに報告する。

　A case of progressive necrotic rhinitis, which was successfully cured, is reported. Before its involvement was finally established various clinical and laboratory tests were made. Among these the authors state the most important one is to be repeated histopathological tissue examinations, upon which the diagnosis and treament were dependent. Irradiation by means of X-ray and Co⁶⁰ appeared to be the most effective.
