前頭洞に原発せる癌腫2症例および肉腫1症例

TWO CASES OF CARCINOMA AND A CASE OF SARCOMA ORIGINATING FROM THE FRONTAL SINUS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　前頭洞に原発する悪性腫瘍はきわめてまれで，本邦文献^1）〜29）を蒐集するに，学会報告の抄録およびわれわれの例を加えて三十数例に過ぎない。とくに肉腫^{26）〜29）}はまれであり，われわれの症例を加えてなお5症例にすぎない。しかも前頭洞の悪性腫瘍の予後は，他の副鼻腔の悪性腫瘍よりさらに悪く，未だ永久治癒例が報告されていない現状である。われわれは最近，前頭洞に原発したと思われる癌腫2例および肉腫1例を経験し，自験例および文献より，早期診断と治療について検討した。

Three cases of malignancy of frontal sinus that seemed to have ve originated from that structure are reported. The carcinoma in a man, aged 52, was recognized after a forma-tion of frontal sinus fistula from a previous operation on this sinus. In another case of carcinoma the malignancy was recognized during the course of investigation for the case of persistent pail in the frontal sinus region. The case of sarcoma was found in aboy, aged 14, whose chief complaint was, exophthalmos of the right eye.
