鼻中隔に発生した所謂唾液腺型混合腫瘍の1例

A MIXED TUMOR OF SO-CALLED SALIVARY GLAND TAPE ORIGINATING FROM THE NASAL SEPTUM

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における混合腫瘍については幾多の報告があるが，鼻腔では少く，とりわけ，鼻中隔に混合腫瘍が発生することは極めて稀で，これまでに報告されたものは僅か10数例で，本邦では4例にしか過ぎない。

　最近，我々は鼻中隔に発生した所謂唾液腺型混合腫瘍を経験したので，ここにその大要を報告し諸家の御参考に供したいと思う。

A rare case of mixed tumor of so-called salivary gland Type that originated from the nasal septum is reported. The diagnosis was confirmed by microscopic examination. A ho-usewife, aged 33, complained of a persistant nasal obstruction which lasted for the period of 3 months. The tumor was completely re-moved through intranasal route. No recur-rence was noted.
