鼻中隔より発生したグロームス腫瘍の1症例

A case of Glomus tumor of nasal septum

Ⅰ．はじめに

　グロームス腫瘍の頭頸部における発生率は，良性軟部組織腫瘍中0.012％と非常に稀である^1）。今回われわれは，小児の鼻中隔に発生したグロームス腫瘍の1症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

　A 10-year-old female presented with epistaxis due to glomus tumor of the right nasal septum which was extirpated together with adjacent septal mucosa through the anterior nostril. At 12 years follow-up after surgery showed no recurrence. This is the first infantile case reported in literature.
