　I．はじめに

　いわゆる混合腫瘍は大唾液腺にもつとも多く，ついで小唾液腺，気道粘液腺などに出現する。鼻中隔よりの発生は非常に稀でわれわれの調べた限り本邦では高橋^1）（1958年）の報告以来13例^2）〜14）に過ぎず，また欧米の報告を加えても60例に満たない。われわれは最近経験した鼻中隔混合腫瘍の1例を報告し，若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

　A case of mixed tumor of the nasal septum is presented, and a review of 13 cases appeared in Japanese literature is made. A 66-year-old woman was admitted into our hospital because of complaints of epistaxis and nasal obstruction of the left nasal cavity. A tumor, sized in 2×1.5×1.5 cm (3g), was surgically removed from the nasal septum by intranasal approach, and the patient had no recurrence. This tumor was diagnosed as mixed tumor. Microscopically, the epithelial components were predominant compared with stroma.
