鼻中隔に発生した唾液腺型良性混合腫瘍の1例

MIXED TUMOR OF THE NASAL SEPTUM,A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　いわゆる混合腫瘍は，周知のごとく耳鼻咽喉科領域ではまれでない。しかし，上気道とくに鼻中隔に唾液腺型良性混合腫瘍が発生したとする報告は少なく，その組織発生に関する考え方にも変遷があつた。

　われわれは最近鼻中隔に発生した，いわゆる唾液腺型良性混合腫瘍の1例（39歳女性）を経験したので，ここに報告し二，三の考按を行なつた。

A benign mixed salivary tumor arising from the right side of the nasal septum in a woman, aged 39, is reported with some consideration on its histogenesis.

The authors conclude that the tumor originated from the mucous glands of the nasal septum.
