下顎骨内に発生せる唾液腺混合腫瘍の1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　唾液腺に種々の腫瘍が発生することは多くの報告にみられ，その腫瘍の過半数は混合腫瘍で占められている。又唾液腺混合腫瘍は固有唾液腺以外の場所にも発生することも知られている。混合腫瘍の発生機転に関しては古くから論議されているところであるが，今日に至るも定説はない。私共は最近25歳の未婚女子の左下顎骨内にX線所見上埋伏8による濾胞性歯牙嚢腫と思われた腫瘤が組織学的に唾液腺混合腫瘍であつた稀有なる1例を経験したのでその概略を報告する。

A mixed tumor of submaxillary salivary gland was found in a woman, aged 25; at one time the affection was erroneously diag-nosed as mandibular molar cyst. The diagno-sis of a mixed tumor was affirmed by patho-logical examination.

The tumor was found as to he invading a part of the adjacent mandibular bone and muscles.
