—北村武教授開講十周年記念論文—咽頭側壁に原発した所謂唾液腺混合腫瘍の1例

　I．まえがき

　所謂唾液腺混合腫瘍が，大唾液腺，就中耳下腺に多く発生することは周知の事実である。小唾液腺，殊に咽頭に発生するものは，欧米では口蓋に次いで多いとされているが，本邦文献では，その報告例は数少ない。私は咽頭側壁乃至は口蓋扁桃窩の小唾液腺から発生したと思われる稀有な1例を経験し，北村教授^1）が既に報告されたPharyngotomia lateralis transhyoideaを適用して摘出を得たので，追加報告をした。

　Haga reports a case of a mixed salivarytumor which occupied a large area of the tongue root and tosillsr fossa. Its probable origin was from the small salivary gland situated in the laryngeal wall. The tumor, after surgical removal, measured 3.5×3.5×5.0 cm in dimensions.
