下顎骨骨腫症例

　I．緒言

　骨腫は一般に他の腫瘍に較べると比較的まれなもので，耳鼻咽喉科領域においても，副鼻腔，鼻腔，上顎骨，外耳道などに発生したものは往々にしてみられるが，下顎骨に生じたものはきわめて報告が少ない。

　最近私は下顎骨の歯槽突起から発生したと思われる骨腫の症例を観察する機会を得たので，ここに報告する。

Matsui reports a case of spongious osteo-ma of the mandible in which the growth, in a woman aged 40, appeared as an exostosis arising from the 6-3alveolar processes.The growth after removal measured 6cc in volu-me and weighed 8.5 grams.
