咽頭側壁に発生したいわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍の1症例

Mixed Salivary Tumor Originating from the Lateral Pharyngeal Wall

　Ⅰ．緒言

　いわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍は唾液腺腫瘍の大半を占め，大唾液腺，特に耳下腺に発することが多いのは，周知の事実であるが，小唾液腺にもみられる。本腫瘍は発生部位別にみて，欧米では口蓋についで咽頭および下咽頭に多いといわれているが，本邦においては過去10数例の報告をみるのみで，極めて稀有であると思われる。われわれは咽頭側壁より発生し．病理組織学的に一部悪性像を思わしめた巨大ないわゆる唾液腺混合腫瘍に遭遇したので報告する。

A case of a large salivary gland mixed tumor in a man, aged 61, is reported. The tumor was found in an unusual situation, the left lateral pharyngeal wall and measured 7.5 ×6.5×6.0cm in dimension after its removal. Histologically it was reported as having a malignant tendency. No evidence of either recurrence or metastasis is seen at present, 1 year and 3 months after the operation.
