ジフテリアの最近の傾向と治療

　最近またまたジフテリアの漸増を見るに至り，その上次第に臨床上腺窩性アンギーナ，又はカタル性アンギーナ等と全く区別のつかぬジフテリア症例の多くなりつつある事実などを考え，ここに吾々は当病院耳鼻科外来を訪れた過去3ヵ年のジフテリア症例の観察について報告し，加えて最近の病症の傾向ならびに治療法について2〜3検討を試みた（第1,2,3,4,5表参照）。

　なおジフテリア診断決定はすべて義膜又は咽喉頭粘膜表面粘液よりの塗沫及び培養による菌確認を以つてした事勿論である。培養も同時に行う事はジフテリア菌の形態からの判断をより正確ならしめるものである。
