耳下腺混合腫瘍の2例—佐藤教授開講20周年記念論文

　緒言

　唾液腺混合腫瘍の中，耳下腺に於て病理学的に特有な組織像を呈する混合腫瘍の発生を見るは成書に古くより記載せられたる所であるが，之と同型の混合腫瘍が他の部位に発現するは比較的稀にして，其の発現部位としては口唇，舌，口蓋，頬部粘膜，外鼻，眼窩．頸部，耳朶等が挙げられている．

　本腫瘍は特有の臨床的所見を有し且つ其の組織像は複雜多岐にして，殊に其の病理学上の本態・発生機序に関しては定説なく未解決のまま今日に至つている．

Ozawa and Kanai report that their two cases of tumors are cured by surgical removal. The location of the growth in one of these,a man 27 years of age, was in the parotid region and the other, a woman 28 years old, In the soft palate. Microscopic examination of the tumor in the first case revealed it to be composed mainly of epithelial cells while the second that of mixed type, epithelial and mucous cells.
