咽頭異物感を訴えた黒色肉腫の1剖検例

　I．序言

　黒色肉腫の当科領域の報告は口蓋，歯齦，鼻腔鼻中隔，上顎洞，外耳道，中耳，下咽頭等に原発したものである。私は最近咽頭異物感を訴えて来院した一結核患者の頸部リンパ節剔出により，黒色肉腫を確認し且つ病理解剖後，原発集は左上肢の拇指が妥当と考えられる1例を経験した。而して耳鼻咽喉科医でも常に他領域の病史，所見の関連性のある点を，等閑視してはならない事を痛感したので，敢えて報告させて載く次第である。

A post mortem examination of the mela-noma of the larynx is reported. A farmer's wife, aged 54, complained of foreign body feeling in the throat but because of her tu-berculosis for which she was hospitalized and nervousness by nature, the lesion was not found until metastasis of the growth occur-red in the lymph glands.
