上咽頭原発と思われる細網肉腫の1剖検例

　Ι．緒言

　一般に細網肉腫Reticulosarcomaといわれるものは造血組織における細網内被系Reticuloendothelial systemに発生する未熟性（悪性）腫瘍でしたがつて比較的広範囲にリンパ装置を有する咽頭及びその周囲に発生することが多く，この事実は既に塚本はじめ多くの研究者の臨床的観察によつて確認されており，耳鼻咽喉科学上甚だ興味あるところである。

　私は最近，左側上咽頭に原発し，聴器をはじめ全身に広く拡がつた細網肉腫の一剖検例を経験したので，こゝに報告する。

　Sawaki makes notes on necropsy performed on a boy, aged 14, who died of reticulosarcoma with metastatic growths in various other parts of the body. The patient's clinical history is amply presented. It is fouud that the original site of the tumor to have been the epipharynx and from which area it had metastasized into the left ear and left cerebral hemisphere. The case is further considered as a complicated tumor formation because of the fact that fibrochondroma was recognized in the left thigh.
