女性性的現象と所謂血管運動神経性鼻炎との関係について

　I．序言

　女性性的現象と鼻科領域との関係に就いては1897年Fliess以来，多数の報告があり，本邦に於いても松田教授の宿題報告を見，余等も本誌上に数度に亘つて報告して来たが，現今所謂アレルギーにて説明せられる疾患と性的現象との関係に就いては其の大半が気管支喘息との関係で，耳鼻咽喉科領域中アレルギー性疾患として最も顕著なる所謂血管運動神経性鼻炎との関係に就いては僅かにA. C. Williamson（1930），高橋氏（1942）等の報告より其の一端を窺い得るに過ぎない。

　ここに於て余等は性的現象を月経，妊娠，更年期とし，之等と本疾患との関係に就いて検索したので其の大要を報告し，諸賢の御批判を乞わんとする次第である。

　One hundred thirty two cases of vasomotor rhinitis among women are studied in regards to the relation that the disease may have with the state of mentrual cycle, mentruation, pregnancy and menopause. The disease condition appeared to become worsened during pregnancy and abated after the menopause is established.
