耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるAdrezon（20mg）の臨床経験

　Ⅰ．緒言

　耳鼻咽喉科領域における手術中，或いは，術後の出血は，他科におけるそれと異り，我々を屡々困却せしめることが多い。これは勿論，手術手技の巧拙に因る場合のあることも認め得るが，なお，個人的差異或いは，その解剖学的特異性に責の一半を皈せしめ得る場合が少くない。従つて，止血方法も，局所止血の困難さの故に，全身的止血方法が重要なる問題となつて来る。

　飜つて，従来の止血剤を見るに，凝固，止血及び出血機点等に関する本態の多岐性，複雑性に伴い，或いは，出血部位の状態の如何，個人的差位，又は原病の如何等に依り，幾多の薬剤が研究され，使用されて来た。近時，アドレナリン注射時に，生体内酸化に依つて生ずるAdrenochromeの血管強化作用を利用した止血剤が研究され，内外に幾多の報告^1）2）3）を見るのであるが，我我は最近，上記Adrenochrome剤たるAdrezon（20mg）（小野薬品工業）を使用する機会を得たので，茲にその臨床経験に就いて報告する。その成分は，Adrenochromeを安定せしめたるAdrenochrome-semicarbazone 20mg，サリチル酸ナトリウム250mg，ニコチン酸アミド250mg，マイアネシン100mg，グアヤコールグリセリンエーテル150mgを含む，橙赤色透明の5ccm溶液である。

　Observations on clinical use of adrezon (20 mg) as hemostatic agent is reported. Examinations made at 2 hours after its administration showed no changes in the erythrocytes or hemoglobin content: the blood pressure was slightly lowered and the blood-clotting time was some what shortened. In half of the number tested the bleeding time was shortened. A table is presented showing the progress of blood clotting and bleeding time taken every 30 minutes for the period of 2 hours following the administration of the drug: it proved to be effective in reduction of bleeding time in 14 cases out of 16 tested.
