耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるAvapyraの使用経験

　緒言

　鎮痛剤として用いられる薬剤は阿片アルカロイドを始めとして幾多のものがあり，臨床的にも種々多様に使用されているが習慣性や嗜眠等の副作用のあるものも多い。アバピラはSulpyrineの鎮痛作用とAvapyrazoneの鎮痙作用を利用し，両者の相乗，相加作用を目的に作られた鎮痛鎮痙剤で，腸管，血管，胆道，尿道等の痙攣性疼痛の鎮痛鎮痙に使用されている。著者らは耳鼻咽喉科領域の疼痛特に慢性副鼻腔炎根治手術に挿入したタンポンの抜去処置に際して使用して若干の知見を得たので報告する。

Authors is used for preucedication and po-stopesative sedation and analgesia in chronic sinusitis. The Avapyra appeared to be more effective particularly remove a gaze tampon of sinus. Avapyra was proved to have seda-tic and analgesic effect in the middl of in-travenous injection and come to maximum at 10 minuts, duration of agent effect were longer more than any other drugs.
