耳鼻咽喉科領域におけるPyrrolidinomethyltetracyclineの使用経験

　われわれは今回，耳鼻咽喉科領域の感染症に静注用ホスタサイクリン-PRM（PRM-TC）を使用し，少数例ではあるが，他の薬剤に比して極めて良好な治療成績をおさめたので，ここに報告し，大方のご批判を仰ぐ次第である。

　Hostacyclin (pyrrolidinomethyltetracycline) was used in selected cases of severe infections by intravenous routes ; clinical results have been highly favorable. A marked effects were shown in 5 cases ; favorable in 6 and slightly favorable in 2. The agent has a wide range antibacterial spectrum and a high blood concentration after its administration. It appeared to be the most effective towards infectious involment of the oropharyngeal mucous membrane. No side effects were found in its use.
