慢性副鼻腔炎に対する吸入剤（Alevaire）のNebulizer療法に依る臨床経験

　序言

　慢性副鼻腔炎は幾多先学に依り貴重な業績がなされているにも拘らず，特に治療面に於て満足すべき結果を得る事は現在尚極めて困難である。

　臨床上本疾患は　1）化膿型2）カタール型3）混合型に分けられるが，1）の化膿型は化学療法の進歩，手術的療法に依り殆んど解決し得るのではないかと思われる。

Ichihara and associates report that favora-ble results are obtained in treatment of chro-nic paranasal sinusitis by use of alevaire a mucolytic agent by means of nebulizer treat-ment. Among the 15 cases treatted 3 proved to be exellent, (20%), 5 to be good (33%), and, 5 to be fair (33%).
