小児に見られた後鼻孔鼻茸の1例

　緒言

　上顎洞性後鼻孔鼻茸はKillian（1905）によつてその存在が推断され，更に久保（猪）（1908）によつて始めて手術的に確証された。爾来，追加症例は枚挙に遑なく，その知見は大凡解明し盡された感があり，今日では決して稀しい疫患ではない。而して本症を年令的関係から観ると，其の殆んど総てが少壮年期に発生し，10歳以下の幼小児に発生することは稀なことゝされている。

　私は最近，8歳の女児に上顎洞性後鼻孔鼻茸の発生せる症例を経験したので茲に報告する。

　Maekawa reports a case of posterior nasal polyp that occurred in a female child aged 8. Tests for allergy in the patient showed her to be a positive reactor. The author states that posterior nasal polyps per se, is an uncommon findings in children below ten years of age; reports on similar cases by other authors are introduced and discussed.
