定型的洞性後鼻孔鼻茸に就て

　序言

　洞性後鼻孔鼻茸は現今報告としては左程稀有なものではないが，其の研究業績が久保猪之吉教授久保護躬教授に与る所が多大であるので久保護教授が国立千葉病院顧問の就任に当り，最近当院にて経験した此が症例を報告する事は有意義であると思われるので報告し，諸賢の御批判を希う次第である。

ICHIHARA and SHIRAKURA report 2 cases of postnasal polyposis that occurred in boys aged 13 and 14 respectively. The authors state that findings in these 2 cases are strongly in concordance to the theory advanced by Killian and Kubo that the site with which postnasal polyps originate is the maxillary sinus.
