巨大な後鼻孔鼻茸症例とその考察

AN ENORMOUS POSTNASAL POLYP

　I．緒言

　後鼻孔に巨大な孤立性の腫瘤（いずれも直径4cm以上）を認めた2症例を報告し，その病理組織学的所見を主として考察を行なつた。

　Two cases of postnasal polyp of enormous size (4cm in diameter) with pathological observations are reported.

　The first case was a girl, aged 15, whose polyp showed papillomaous features mixed with chronic inflammatory and metaplasia.

　The second case was also a girl, aged 17, found to be affected with a large nasal polyp. Pathological features showed a typical nasal polyp.
