後鼻孔閉鎖症の2例

　緒言

　後鼻孔閉鎖症は既に成書にも詳しく記載され周知の疾患ではあるが，臨床上我々が之に遭遇する事は極めて稀である．即ち歐米では1851年Ottoが人間胎児に於そ之を認め，次でEnmertが7才の男児に之を発見して手術した症例以来今日迄に約100例足らずのものが報告されているに過ぎず，又我国に於ても大正7年の柳沢の報告以来，木村，鈴木，倉田，久保，山本，木庭，平岡，藤田，福良，加藤等の諸氏に依る10例余の報告があるのみである．

　余等は最近本症の2例に遭遇し．之に手術的療法を行つて治癒せしめる事を得たので茲に報告し本症の文献に追加する．

KATAGi AND NEMOTO report 2 cases of atre-sia of posterior nares the character of which was membranous in natura. In one of these the atre-sia was bilateral and the removal was effected through transpalatine approach; in the other, a unilateral affection which was removed by an appr-oach through the maxillary sinus, The authors considered the occlusion in these cases to be non-ongenital in origin.
