緒言
後鼻孔又はその附近に閉鎖のある場合は後鼻孔閉鎖症といわれ，日常外来では稀な疾患であるが我々は最近1ヶ年間に本症の3例に遭遇し，その治験例を得たので報告する。
Mochizuki and Takeda report 3 cases of posterior choanal atresia which they success-fully treated and review the literature of this country on this subject. The disease is discussed from the standpoint of classifica-tion, symptoms, diagnosis and treatment. Particularly emphasized is the necessity of close inspection of the nasopharyngeal area in the diagnosis of this condition; also the importance in which cooperation of the patient may be required in the procudure calling for the correction.
