後鼻孔閉鎖症の1例

　緒言

　後鼻孔閉鎖症は稀有な疾患であるが，既に成書にも詳細な記載があり，本邦に於ても柳沢の症例以来，多くの報告がなされている。吾々は本邦文献上殊に稀な，先天性骨性後鼻孔閉鎖症の一例に相遇し，之を手術的，並，長期間にわたる後療法により治癒せしめることが出来たのでこゝに報告する。

SASAKI and SATO succeed in establishing a patent posterior choana of left naris, in a boy aged 15, in whom a congenital occlusion was found due to osseous malformation. To reestablish the orifice, following surgical re-moval of obstructing osseous tissue a rubber tube of an appropriate size is inserted in situ for the period of 3 montes. During this pe-riod excessvive, growths of granulation tissues are controled by use of 5 percent solution of silver nitrate and radium irradiation.
