鼻性前頭葉膿瘍の1治験例

　緒言

　従来，急性前頭洞炎に由来する脳膿瘍はその成立機序からみて，不幸な結果を招き易いとされていたが，最近我々は前頭洞炎より前頭骨骨髄炎に進展し，更に巨大な右前頭葉膿瘍を形成した患者について，化学療法下に開放手術を行つて全治せしめたので，その経過を報告する。

Matsumura and Tsuboi report a case of fron-tal lobe abcess that originated as a contiguous infection from an acute frontal sinusitis. When the abcess containing about 20 cc pus be eva-cuated and the patient given a large amount of antibiotics recovery took place uneventfully.
