上顎洞粘膜結核の一症例

　緒言

　鼻腔粘膜に結核の発生することは比較的少くGerber統計によれば全結核の0.28％発見されると報告されている。私は上顎の悪性腫瘍を思わしめた患者にて手術後摘出標本を病理組織学的に検索し上顎洞粘膜に多数の結核結節を認め上顎洞粘膜結核と診断した症例に遭遇し茲に報告する次第である。

　既往症：昭和21年外地より引揚の際全身倦怠感及び血尿があり，某病院にて腎結核と診断され本学の武藤外科にても同樣の診断を受けた。その後自然に上記症状は漸次消失し現在は特別なる症状なく時に多少疲れ易く感ずる程度である。

AKIYAMA reports a case of maxillary sinusitis that proved to be tuberculous infection by postoperative, microscopic tissue examination. The patient, a man aged 46, camplained of dry-ness of left nasal cavity as well as impaire-ment of breathing which continued for the period of 1 year. Since 5 months prior to present examination there appeared a swelling of the left cheek. The patient is completely cured when radical operation was performed on the antrum.
