上顎洞粘膜剥離の1方法

　コールドウェル・リュック氏法に依る上顎洞根治手術に於ては，洞粘膜を完全に剥離する事が強く要望せられており，若し殘存粘膜があれば炎症の再發，或は術後性嚢腫の原因になると言われ，粘膜の一小片をも殘さぬように努めている．

　洞粘膜を破損することなく一つの袋状に剥離しこ摘出すれば，最も理想に近い手術である．然し粘膜を袋状に剥離するには細心の注意と高度の熟練と長時間の努力を要することで，常に容易に行い得る事では無い．剥離困難な箇處は顏面部骨壁に付着した粘膜で，特に觀骨部，眼窩下縁，梨子状窩縁等である．

Yasuda demonstrates that a method may be em-ployed whereby the entire mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus may be separated and removed without a breach of continuity. A circular cut is made in the bone at the canine fossa and the bone, thus freed, is forced down into the sinus cavity. The mucous membrane of the cavity is now separated with a piece of gauze in a circular movement; begining with the most proximalarea and working within.
