上顎洞粘液腫の一症例

MYXOMA OF THE MAXILLARY SINUS, A CASE REPORT

　Ⅰ．緒言

粘液腫は稀な疾患で，鼻・副鼻腔領域における本症の報告例は現在まで10数例に過ぎず，本邦では代田^1），中村^2），貝塚^3），上条^4）らによつてそれぞれ1例ずつの報告がなされている。われわれは最近28歳の女子に発生した本症の1例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of myxoma as large as hen's egg that invaded the right maxillary sinus is reported. The patient was a housewife, aged 28. The tumor was removed by Denker's operation with uneventful recovery of the patient.
