約半年の間隔を以て，喉頭後壁に，紡錘細胞肉腫硬性纎維腫，軟性纎維腫の發生を見たる症例に就て

　緒言

　咽頭内部に發生する非上皮性腫瘍中，肉腫は古來稀れなものとされておる．New. GoodnによればMayo-clinikに於て，1910年より1935年迄喉頭癌腫800例に對し肉腫は僅か6例であつたと云ひ，其の他の文献（sousa・今井・田中寬・橋本・土井・渡邊）に於ても，甚だ稀有な事を示しておる．而して成書によれば最も多いとせられておる．紡錘状細胞肉腫ですら，私の知るところではA. Locaille・中島等の僅少なる症例を得たに過ぎない．最近私は立木臨床に於て披裂間部喉頭後面より發生した，巨大なる腫瘍で組織學的に紡錘細胞肉腫の像を呈し，而かも該腫瘍剔出後約半年の間隔を置て，再三同一個處に纎維腫の發生を見た症例を經驗したので，此處に發表する次第である．

　Patient, male, age 64. developed pharyngeal tumor about the size of a hens egg. For relief of difficalty of Itreathing tracheotomy had to be performed. The tumor was extirpated with each occurrence and their origin was found to be the arytenoid cartilage.

　Three operations were performed within a period of 6 months. It is interesting to note that the first tumor was fibrosarcoma and the second, a hard fibroma; while the third was a soft fibroma.
