臨床上，左口蓋扁桃腺（扁平上皮癌）及び，食道（基底細胞癌）に惡性腫瘍の重複を見た1症例に就て

　緒言

　惡性腫瘍の重複は剖檢上では屡々遭遇する事で統計的頻度は惡性腫瘍の1.7％（鈴木），0.6％（田中），或は0.51％（阿部）と云はれておる．然し臨床上惡性腫瘍重複例は甚だ稀であり，殊に耳鼻咽喉科領域に於ては私の知るところでは，Menzel．の食道及び扁桃腺に生じた扁平上皮癌，及び小野の食道及舌に發生した扁平上皮癌の報告のみである．今私は臨床上甚だ稀有だと思考せらる食道及び左口蓋扁桃腺に生ぜる異種惡性腫瘍重複症例を經驗したので發表する次第である．

The patient was a male, 60 years of age. Ulc-erations of the right tonsil proved to be an ep-ithelioma and a basal cell carcinoma was fouud at the region of the secend oesophagal constric-tion, no treatment was directed to epithelioma of Tonsil but oesophaneal lesion was treated with radimn. The patient left the hospital when he was relieved from disphagic symptoms. Mic-roscopic studies of specimens from each area were made with commets.
