耳輪脚に発生した血管纎維腫の1例

　Ⅰ．緒言

　耳介腫物の良性のものには血管腫，軟骨腫，皮樣嚢腫，粘液纎維腫，脂肪腫乳嘴腫が挙げられ，惡性のものに癌，肉腫等があるが，就中血管纎維腫は稀有な症例である．余等は昭和23年2月我が教室を訪れた1例に遭遇したので臨床的，病理的，組織学的所見の大要を述べ耳腫瘍研究の一資料に供し度い．

Tominaga and Shugio report a case of angiofi-broma in a boy 7 years old, the origin of which appeared to be from the crus of right auricle, and which had grown to the size of hen's egg in the period of 2 years. The tumor was success-fully removed with complete recovery of the patient.
