深部縫合結紮器を用いた尿道膀胱吻合法

Vesicourethral Anastomostic Suture Placement Using Suturing Device for Deep Surgical Operation

　恥骨後式前立腺全摘除術や膀胱全摘除術後の腸管利用新膀胱形成術では，尿道膀胱吻合が必要になる。尿道膀胱吻合の際に，尿道側への運針を深部縫合結紮器（マニセプス）を用いて行った。この深部縫合結紮器は，吸収糸が付いた長さ7mmの直針を鉗子の先端に把持し，術野深部の縫合結紮を容易に行うものである。尿道吻合の際に使用したところ，短時間に確実に尿道吻合が施行できた。その使用経験を紹介する。

Vesicourethral anastomosis after radical retropubic pros-tatectomy or ileal neobladder replacement can be difficult. We use suturing device for deep surgical operation"Man-iceps" for vesicourethral anastomosis. Maniceps is the deep suture ligature machine holding 7mm needle with absorption string in the point of forceps. Vesicourethral anastomosis by using Maniceps is easy with safety.
